An exceptional site
Located on a 66 hectare plot of land south of Somain, in the “Nord” department of France, the Coeur d’Europe logistical platform is connected to the A1, A2, A23 and A26 motorways, as well as to the rail hub situated in the marshalling yard neighbouring the platform.
Each building is divided into standard units between 5,280 to 5,800 m2 divisible into semiunits depending on each user’s needs. In addition to standard products, buildings A, B, C, D, F and G can store hazardous products such as household products, para-pharmaceutical products, aerosols or cosmetics.
